With Celebration, they don't have to travel alone.
Our full-time Celebration team travels with every group and is available throughout the journey to provide assistance when needed.
From luggage and transportation to special accommodations and travel logistics, including extra walkers, shower chairs, and wheelchairs, if needed, we've thought through the details that can make traveling easier.
We also keep each traveler’s important medical and emergency information readily available throughout the trip, including emergency contacts and medical information provided to us before departure.
Should an unexpected medical situation arise, our team is prepared to quickly provide that information to emergency personnel and contact family.
Most importantly, your loved one won’t have to face a medical emergency alone. A Celebration team member will accompany them to the hospital or doctor and remain with them until they are released or a family member arrives.
It’s one more way we provide peace of mind—not only for our travelers, but for the families who trust us with the people they love.
And because you'll get to know our team before departure, you'll know who is traveling with your loved one, who has their important information, and who is there to help.

Celebration Senior Travel Trip Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made by calling Debra Saxon or Greg Saxon at 469-532-2622. Email cancellations will not be accepted. Cancellations will not go into effect until you have received written verification from Celebration Senior Travel via email and a verbal confirmation.
Due to Celebration’s travel and work schedule, please allow up to 7 BUSINESS DAYS for a response.
